The Advisory

The work that changes you happens after you leave the room.

In the room, you draw your Chapter 8 Map. Who you are as a leader. What your company requires of you now. Where the two align, and where they do not. Over the sixty days that follow, that map stops being a document and becomes the way you lead. A structured programme of one-to-one sessions takes the hardest lines on the map and builds them into your forward strategy, one decision at a time, until the change holds.

Day 7

The Anchor

Within a week of leaving the room, while it is still vivid. We turn the map into commitments and name the first moves. Momentum never gets the chance to break.

Day 30

The Working Session

The midpoint. What has shifted, what has resisted, and what you have quietly avoided. We meet reality honestly, adjust the plan to it, and go again.

Day 60

The Handover

The change is now yours to run on your own. We close the programme with the map built into how you work. You keep it for life.

Daniel Bernard

Chapter 8 was built by someone who lived the isolation.

Daniel Bernard founded Chapter 8 after more than 25 years of building companies across continents. He built Redwood International Sports in Israel into a global operation, navigated failure, scaled through complexity, and stepped back from the CEO chair twice. Today an active investor and seasoned board member.

He knows the loneliness of leadership first-hand, because he carried it himself for years. Chapter 8 is the honest conversation he wishes he'd had, built for the leaders climbing now.
